Morgan consulted on The Eddi Apartments, a large-scale modular residential development delivered in collaboration with RISE Modular and Solomon Real Estate Group.

As one of the largest volumetric modular projects in the United States, the building brings together efficiency of construction with a high level of design consideration. The project includes a wide range of amenities — from co-working spaces to wellness and outdoor areas — supporting a connected and flexible lifestyle.

The work focused on ensuring that, despite the scale and systemization, the experience of the building remains thoughtful, cohesive, and human.
