As part of the Montage Big Sky development, Morgan was invited to lead the interior architecture for key amenities and residences within this large-scale project.
Drawing from the tradition of American lodge architecture, the design balances rustic materiality with a more refined sensibility. Timber, stone, and natural finishes ground the interiors in the surrounding landscape, while carefully considered details bring a sense of comfort and ease.
Within the residences, the focus was on creating spaces that feel both elevated and livable — places to return to after a day outdoors. The work reflects a balance between durability and refinement, shaped by the realities of the environment and the expectations of the client.
