Morgan leads the design direction for Royalite Greens — a small community of estate homes set within the landscape of the Alberta foothills.
The project brings together urban design, architecture, and interiors to create a cohesive vision across the entire community. Each home is positioned on a one-acre site, responding to topography, views, and climate.
The architecture is intentionally restrained — allowing the setting to lead — while high-performance building strategies ensure durability and long-term value.
The goal is a community that feels consistent, considered, and built to last.
