Rozeluk Residence
Los Angeles, California
A quiet reinvention.
Morgan led the architecture, interiors, and landscape for the renovation of this 115-year-old Los Angeles residence.
The approach was to respect the original Spanish character while quietly bringing the house into the present. Strategic changes to the plan improved flow and livability, while new windows and materials enhanced performance without losing authenticity.
A stronger connection between interior and exterior spaces was central to the project — creating a home that feels open, functional, and grounded in its environment.
The intention was not to reinvent the house, but to extend its life — thoughtfully and sustainably — for another century.
