Morgan led the design direction for the spa at Montage Big Sky — shaping a space intended for rest, recovery, and quiet.
The design takes cues from the surrounding landscape, using natural materials and soft transitions between spaces to create a sense of calm. Movement through the spa is gradual — from arrival to treatment to relaxation — allowing guests to settle into the experience.
With treatment rooms, lounges, pools, and thermal spaces, the project focuses less on spectacle and more on atmosphere. The goal was simple: to create a place where people can genuinely unwind.
